DL380 G3 NIC Perfmon data not showing

We have a number of DL380 G3's running Win 2k Server where although the Network Interface counters are available under perfmon no data is being collected from the NIC's. The model NIC in question is NC7781 Gigabit.

Has anyone had this before?

Have you resolved this? I'm having a similar issue (DL380 G3 win2k3), except in my case the Network Interface object is missing completely

I have had great success leveraging our installation of Insight Manager on the server and using Insight Manager SPI's in OVOW. We've had some good success even using predictive failure policies/rules on our raid arrays.
