DL380G4 Setup win2003 biosinfo error code 18

Trying to setup windows 2003 on my proliant server, using the smartstart cd 7.9

After reboot windows will not setup and gives error :
File \minint\system32\biosinfo.inf could not be loaded

Setup cannot continue error code 18

check the boot order of the array controller. Change selection and try again.
That was the solution in my case: DL320 G6, same error message and code.
