DL380p G8 1.2TB SAS Hard Drives pre-failure at a rate of 5 drives in 4 months.  I have replaced drives and drive cage, updated firmware, and sent reports to HP.  Still no resolution.  I'm wondering if this is a feature of the pre-failure warning on the array controller.  Is anyone else having this trouble with 1.2 TB drives?

i am just wondering if ok to pull a drive on a live server that is pre-emptive failed??  the lights are still green... not amber blinking or solid.
