DL385 G1 processor upgrade to dual core

Hello everybody.
I need to upgrade processors on a HP DL385 O2.6GHz 1P 1GB EU Rack Server (376138-421). Do I have to order #2 Dual-core AMD® O285 2.6/1000-1M DL385 FIO Base (one 407624-L21 and one 407624-B21.) as stated in WW Quickspecs (http://h18002.www1.hp.com/products/quickspecs/12162_div/12162_div.HTML), upgrade the firmware to the latest release and install them? As per my observations that part numbers, one 407624-L21 and one 407624-B21, are for the Factory Integrated Models (North America Only).

Ofcourse these processors are compatible with the server and you can proceed with that.

So if you are planning to upgrade the processors then then you could proceed with the above combination.

Yes, you should upgrade the firmware to the latest release and install them one at a time and check.
