DL580 G5 ASR Detected by System ROM

We had an ASR on the server with the following message in the IM Log:
An Unrecoverable System Error has occurred (Error code 0x0000002E, 0x00000000)
also have the following in the same log but viewed from Insight Diagnostics:
Unknown - Code: 3 - Class: 20

Windows x64 2003 EE in a active/passive cluster with SQL Server 2005 running at the time of the failure (128GB RAM). No entries in the Windows event logs indicating any hardware problems before the auto-reboot.

Insight diagnostics and System management all clear. Running PSP 7.90.

Planning to log a HP support call on same, but assistance would be appreciated in the mean time to identify the source of the problem.

but the fix is update System ROM
