DL585 G2 - RIS issues
Im trying to deploy a basic Win 2k3 R2 Ent 64bit image via RIS to DL585 G2. Ive RIPREP'd an image up onto RIS. It starts off fine, loads all the network drivers ok. It then formats the disk shows thats it has gone through 100%. I then get the following error
"Setup was unable to format the partition. The disk may be damaged.
Make sure the drive is switched on and properly connected to your computer. If the disk is a SCSI disk, make sure your SCSI devices are properly terminated. Consult your computer manual or SCSI adapter documentation for more information.
You must select a different partition for Windows.
To continue, press ENTER."
The disks are fine. Ive been able to build the server directly from the W2k3 CD without any problems. Ive included the storage controller drivers from the HP site in the RIS\setup\english\images\imagename\amd64 directory and also added an $oem$ folder with drivers and modified the .sif file accordingly.
The only stuff I can find on the web relate to XP and RIPREP not supporting partitions of more then 10gb (I RIPREP'd from a 9.5gb partition).
Any suggestions would be great.
Thanks
