DL585 G5 ACCESS 403 FORBIDDEN - SMART START
Hi,
I tried to collect offline logs using smart start CD in DL585 G5 Server. When i just click the "HP Insight Diagnostic" option it gives the error that is "Access 403 forbidden, You dont have permission to acces the page or read by the server". I used multiple versions of smart start and tried through pen drive also by making bootable but no luck.
Anyone has faced this issue?
Please help me to resolve the issue.
Regards,
Selva

Re: DL585 G5 ACCESS 403 FORBIDDEN - SMART START
Good Morning
I came across that many times, usually with 6th and 7th generation. I use Smart Start 8.70 and if access forbiden appears usually just power down, drain the power and run it again. I know is no logic behind that but usually does work for me.
You also can reset to factory default by using maintenance switch (6 to on position and do power cycle)
Hope that helps
Regards
