Embedded NC373i Network Adapter in DL380 G5

I'm trying to locate drivers for my new Windows 2003 Server with 'Embedded NC373i Multifunction Gigabit Network Adapter'. I only find Server Adapters or Integrated Adapters - not Embedded. Any ideas? Thanks

Now I've got the servers on the network. However they are attaching at 100.0 Mbps rather than 1GB like my other servers. Is that a function of the Windows 2003 SP2 network config or driver? Thanks for your support.

be sure Switch ports are 1 GB too and see attached file you select the NIC -> properties -> settings and set speed
