Error message on HP Proliant server

I am receiving the message "NMI:Parity Check/Memory Parity Error" whileworking with the server.
Indeed in HP Proliant 64 bit server i have installed 32 bit windows 2003 server, the instalation is ok, and the drivers are also installed without any problem but while working the server goes to a blue page and this message is appeard.

Check memory and pci slots on server.
