Error while installing CPQRIB.SYS

I am currently installing 5 new Remote Lights Out Insight Boards on our 4
ProLiant 1850R servers and one ProLiant 800 server. The installation of the board went without any major problem on the first server until I reached the point of installing the NT software. I was able to configure the board using the F8 key without any problem. But when it came time to install the software, I received the message, "Error 0x00010000 when attempting to install CPQSUPSW\CPQRIB to C:\WINNT\system32\drivers". It also told me that I was having a problem with the new board. Do you have any suggestions?
