Fan Failure

POST tells me that FAN 3 has failed but on inspection all fans are operating (spinning) therefore I cannot determine where the fault is. Can anyone tell me which is FAN 3: part no 148581-001 or 148595-001?

Sorry this is not a solution, but to say you are not alone. I get a 1777 - SCSI port 1: Cooling fan malfunction. Since I have just started learning about this machine, I would not know where that is. All I can say though is it is still running.
