Foundation Agent 7.20&7.30 crash (cqmghost.exe)

Windows 2003 Enterprise (MSCS) installed on a Proliant DL 580 G2 with HP PSP 7.10

When updated to PSP 7.30 (also tried with 7.20 = same error) I get the error message randomly and the service stop:

"Faulting application cqmghost.exe, version 7.30.0.0, faulting module unknown, version 0.0.0.0, fault address 0x00000000."

What kind of devices do you have installed in the pci slots?
The truth is out there, but I forgot the URL..
