HP BL 20P G1-G2 power error

I have some Hp Bl 20 G1 wich refused to start after recycling power.
The ony indication we got is that the red error light for power lights upp on the front of the blade.
When trying to force the start seq.I can hear the disks wharming upp and the green leed lights upp for half a seccond before the server halts again.
I have tried to start the blades in another healthy chassie with the same error as result.
It seems to me that this is a common error with this modell. please advice.
