HP ProLiant DL145 G3 Install issue

Hello, We have one HP ProLiant DL145 G3. It was unused for a while. Now I have to install Microsoft Windows Server 2008 (STD) With SP2.

I have Microsoft OS DVD. I do not have any other CD or DVD from hp.

Can some one help me with the following.
1. When I turn ON, the PC detects CD/DVD rom. This server has SATA Hard Disk but unable to detect on the BIOS.I changed the Advanced Setup option in BIOS, the SATA is enabled. What Should I do?

2. Do I need any Utilities/Special Install Disk from HP? How do I get if I needed?

3. Since so many pathces needs to be applied including BIOS updates is there any simple way to automate?
