HP ProLiant DL370 G6 Server and BIOS update.

Hello.

I have a HP ProLiant DL370 G6 Server and I like to update its BIOS. How can I do it? I like to do it because VMWare ESXi 6.5 give me "LINT1 motherboard interrupt" error. I visited "http://h20564.www2.hpe.com/hpsc/swd/public/readIndex?sp4ts.oid=3890183" and selected "OS Independent" but...
