HP ProLiant DL380p Gen8 supported drives
hello
I'm intending to buy this server without HDDs but the reseller told me that I can only install HP hard drives, is this true.
I want to install 6 drives Seagate 3TB so it applicable.

Re: HP ProLiant DL380p Gen8 supported drives
Hello Hassen,
This is not the right forum for the not compliant harddrives.
It will probely work but insite manager will give you error because of missing SC on the disk.
Why not using original HP disks ?
Kind regards,
Remco
