How can update the Base System Device in Other devices of Device Manager plus IPMI Interface and System Interrupt Controller?

hi,
i think you mean firmware of the HW parts ???
if yes, there are several ways how to do it,
most used is :
1 - offline firmware cd-rom
2 - online - from OS ( Windows .... )
here you will find the firmware for your server type :
http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsupport/TechSupport/SoftwareIndex.jsp?lang=en&cc=us&prodNameId=3884083&prodTypeId=15351&prodSeriesId=3884082&swLang=13&taskId=135&swEnvOID=1005
on the forums you will find pron/cons which way is better.
but i think this docu is the best :
