HP Proliant ML350 G5 Auto Restart

Dear All,

I am facing a problem that system restarts continuously and do not go to the installation steps even it doesnot going to the bios settings and restarts after prompting Ctrl+S configurations. Please help me.

download latest firmware update dvd... boot from it and see if it will update if not you might have some hardware issues
