HP Proliant ML370 G5 Backup Procedure

Hi, i'm new to hp servers. i have this server hp ml370 g5, having two controllers, one is configured as mirrored and distributed and tthe other controller is distributed only.
My question is how can i backup the mirrored drive and the distributed drive on a single different harddisk? (drive C: and D:)

Here is the details:
One controller, two raid configuration is setup. Mirror and Distributed.
mirrored (C:) drive and (D:) drive is distributed having 6 harddisk with 128gb of hardisk.
