HP Proliant RAID drives not matched

We ordered new drives because one failed.  The vendor sent the wrong ones.  We were in a pinch for time so I was told to put in the drive.  Our drives (HP MM1000GBKAL) transfer at 6Gbps but the new one (HP MM1000EBKAF) only 3 Gbps.  The new drives are supposed to transfer at 6Gbps.  Is there something in the Array Configuration Utility to get this to 6Gbps?  All drives are Seagate ST91000640NS drives.
