HP proliant Dl380 Gen9 raid configuration with 3 x300 GB
hi
There are 3 bay HDD (each 300gb). In one HDD I had installed hte windows server 2012 rs on my server. and 2 HDD i had created a mirror so 2nd HDD is mirror of 3rd HDD. Now I dont have raid configured of HDD in which OS is installed
My question is with this 3 HDD can we have raid configured

Hi,
RAID has to be created before installing an Operating System.
Now you cannot create RAID without loosing the DATA.

During POST when the disk controller displays firmware information, it should mention pressing F5, or you can press F10 to start Intelligent Provisioning. From the Maintenance menu within IP, select HP SSA. Once in SSA select the disk controller - configure - create array
