How do I measure Disk IOPS on Win2003 for HP Sizer?

We have a bunch of physical servers we want to virtualize into an ESX. We're right now evaluating what hardware and how much we need. We're using HP Sizer for that and have successfully got Avg/Peak RAM/CPU/NIC but there's one value missing which is Disk IOPS and according to HP documentation it's not that easy to simply measure this using Performance Monitor.

Any ideas how to get hold of Avg/Peak Disk IOPS on these Windows 2003 servers? I kn a utility called IOMeter but as I understand it it's more for testing performance and then measuring it - now for measuring current load over one week of normal use?

I think I found the actual value which is Disk Transfer/s. If anyone has anything to add - please feel free to jump in.
