HyperThreading Problems on DL760G2

We upgraded the 8 processors in out DL760G2 from 2Ghz to 3Ghz and now Windows 2003 enterprise server is no longer showing that hyperthreading is working. Prior to the migration we could open task manager and see 15 processors listed, now we only see 8. Anyone have any ideas????

Also from advanced settings in F9 in use set CPU corrected for Each CPU

Applied SoftPaq 28839, and checked the HT option under system settings(F9). It is enabled. Also "corrected" each CPU they individually show up at the correct speed in the Bios and at boot.

CPU that you use is 3GHz / L3 4MB cache MP ? Can you pull 4 and see it HT works ?
