Insight manager 5.5 wont recognise a Proliant 800 - sees it as Industry standard pc

Any body help - my proliant 800 is only seen as an industry standard pc - i have the latest management agents?

Dean,

Have you checked that all your management agents are running. I have seen similar problems with an agent not running, such as the server or foundation agent. Also I presume that you have checked the SNMP configuration for both server and management console ?
