I can not install the latest support pack 8.5 for Win Server 2008 R2 x64. Here is what I get in the failed dependence list:

Installation for "HP Insight Management Agents for Windows Server 2003/2008 x64 Editions" requires one or more of the following that is not currently installed or in the install set:

- HP ProLiant Advanced System Management Controller Driver for Windows
- HP ProLiant iLO Advanced and Enhanced System Management Controller Driver for Windows
- HP ProLiant iLO 2 Management Controller Driver for Windows
- HP ProLiant iLO 3 Management Controller Driver for Windows
- HP ProLiant 100-Series Management Controller Driver for Windows

How does one correct this? Tech support has been pretty useless

The file used for the support pack is psp-8.50.w2k8R2.x64

the server is ML370 G4

Could it be NOT supported under R2?

It is telling you that there is something you need to install before you can install the management Agents. If you install the HP ProLiant Advanced System Management Controller Driver for Windows that will probably take care of it.
