Installing PSP on a Proliant DL585 G1
When I try to install PSP or PSS on a reused DL585 G1 running Win 2008 R2 Std, the HP Insight Management Agents fail due to missing dependencies, including:
- HP Proliant Advanced System Management Controller Driver for Windows
- HP Proliant Advanced and Enhanced System Management Controller Driver for Windows
- HP Proliant ILO 2 Management Controller Driver for Windows
See attached PSPError1.jpg
When I try to install any component, I get the error in PSPError2.JPG - which says that the required hardware for this component isn't installed on the system.
How do I get the IM Agents installed?
Thanks for any help.
