Installing Windows 2008 R2 in HP Proliant DL380 G3

I cannot install the OS in this server. Any help is appreciated.

Hello,

 

Windows 2008 R2 is not supported operating system on DL380 G3 as, R2 is 64bit os and hardware is 32bit.

 

Refer HP ProLiant DL380 G3 Server series Download drivers and software for list of operating system can be installed:
