Local Disks / Remote Disks

I've got an NT cluster with 2 hosts attached to a SAN environment. There is a virtual server running on each host. Each virtual server has a RAID 5 array of disks, the Cluster files are on a separate Raid1 array in the SAN.
On one host the SAN based arrays are listed as local disks in both Disk Admin and Windows Explorer. On the other host they are listed as local in disk admin but remote in Windows explorer. Anyone have an idea why?

Thanks, James
