Re: ML 150 G2 Fan Speed and Temp
I just replaced my ML150 G2 motherboard and now have exactly the same problem. I'm not sure if the fan noise is normal. My BIOS firmware version is 8 Feb 2007.
Fan speed and temperature is about same as yours

Re: ML 150 G2 Fan Speed and Temp
Is there a new firmware on the board that causes this?

Re: ML 150 G2 Fan Speed and Temp
I tried the advice in another thread and downgraded the BIOS firmware to 06/30/2006 and now it is quiet again.
It seems the newer firmware either has a bug or it has been changed purposely to achieve a better cooling.
The firmware I used can be found here:

Btw, the "noisy" firmware was 08/02/2007
