ML310 G4 Raid config
I`ve configured Raid 1 mirror on embedded SATA raid controller. When going into Raid config utility (pressing F8 during boot) the array has status "building". Serverstart CD can`t find any disk-partition to install on. Do I have to wait till the status changes to "healthy" or "ready" or "functional" before I can install? How long does that take on two 160 Gb disks?

Re: ML310 G4 Raid config
usually you don't have to wait the end of the "building operation".
during the installation process of windows you have to press F6 and choose the right raid controller driver to pass.
Bye.
