ML330 Boot problem


Hello Everybody,

I have Win2K Server, two 40 GB HDD configured as RAID1 ( Software RAID).

Recently the Primary HDD failed.
I was able to boot the server again using the secondary HDD, but with a Bootable Floppy.

I replaced the defective HDD, repair the mirror again, but somehow the primary HDD is not bootable anymore. I have to use a bootable floppy in order to start Win2K.

Any sugestions ?

If this is a software RAID1 it seems like you doesn't have mirrored your bootable partition...
try to reinstall it on the disk...
