ML350 G6 Power issue

I've installed a Proliant ML350 G6 with Windows Server 2008.
I have an UPS connected to the server, a 600w 1600va, but every time I have a power peak the server stop to working with red led in the front.
I tried removing every connection from the back of the server and remove the power from the ups during the post but I have the same problem.

The Power supply give "No error" status.
