ML350 G6 and 2-nd XEON
Hi!
There was a problem.
At installation of the second processor XEON 5504 (495918-B21) the server ML350 G6 (487932-421) is not started.
To what it can be linked?

Re: ML350 G6 and 2-nd XEON
Hi Stone,
ML 350 G6 support the processor that you add as per following doc:
http://www.keepingsoftwaresimple.com/downloads/Top_Value_Qualifying_Products_November_2009_v1.xls
But, for each processor, ML350G6 need RAM for each processor slot and also 2 cooling fan (1 for processor & one for RAM slot). So, for two processors, you need 2 RAMs in 2 different processor slot and 2 cooling fans for each processor & RAM slot. I also found the same proble while installing the ML350G6 and solve by using 2 cooling fans. check the ML350 G6 spec for detail:
