ML350G3 and Gbit NIC

Here's another one with a NIC problem. Q57diag reported a write error (wrong data received from the NIC). Doesn't matter what O/S, can't get network connectivity. The NIC can ping itself, but that's it. Any ideas? Or is it a bad NIC?
