ML530 G2 - SmartStart 6.4 problem
I've got a brand new server and I can't seem to get the os installed (Windows 2000 server). I have 4 34.6 hard drives that I've set up in an array with one logical drive. I run the SmartStart setup program, but it hangs on the "Prepare Drive" step. It looks like files are being copied from the cd, but then everything stops. If I try to install of the 2000 server cd, the setup says that it cannot find a harddisk. What gives? The SmartStart diagnostics says everything is ok. If I hard boot after SmartStart hangs, I get an array controller failure error. Any insight would be appreciated!

Re: ML530 G2 - SmartStart 6.4 problem
It's actually an ML570 G2, not a ML530.
