You could try to set the maintenance switch to clear nvram first and check ilo again. Maybe the board is bad now.

You could try to get the BIOS for windows from web, extract it and update from ILO (maybe you need to update ILO before to have this available. Without a valid BIOS you cannot boot ...

Downgrade to 1.40 or 1.32, clear the browser cache and try again.

Since both BIOS ROMs are bad, I assume the systemboard is bad and needs replacement.
