Ml 350 G4p error in Fedora core

Hi all !
I installed Fedora core on ML350 G4p, when i restart machine adn logon then error :
(No volume control elements and/or device found).
i click ok then continue use normal.
Pls help me.

Hello!

"Volume control" means "Sound volume control". Your server does not have any sound hardware, so Linux can't control it. You can disable Fedora's sound system (ALSA) or just ignore this message

What is your Fedora's version? What desktop type do you use (KDE, Gnome, etc)?

i install 3 server Ml350 G4p that ok but only this one error.
why ?

Most probably this message produses GNOME sound mixer applet.

You can try to remove directory /etc/gconf/gconf.xml.defaults/apps/panel/applets/mixer

(save a backup copy elsewhere)
