NIC Drivers
I am currently trying to get a BMR environment to work and the first problem that I am working on is that the NIC drivers are not being recognized as to being able to install Network Adapters. The Server is:
Proliant DL360 G6
and I believe that it is a 64bit server. The drivers that I am using are found from CP010994.exe and they are defined "HP NC-Series Broadcom 1Gb Multifunction Driver for Windows Server 2008" I am using the 2008 drivers because I am working with Storagecraft application made from ZenithArca software and they want either Vista or 2008 drivers. BTW this is the webpage that I downloaded from "http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsupport/TechSupport/SoftwareIndex.jsp?lang=en&cc=us&prodNameId=3884320&prodTypeId=15351&prodSeriesId=3884319&swLang=13&taskId=135&swEnvOID=4022#11395"
I had this same kind of problem with an app called appasure software and with there BMR software but on some level it worked.
What I need is for some one to tell me the specific drivers that I should be using to activate the specfic Network card, maybe there is some generic drivers that will work with almost any Network card?
Either way Thanks for you help!

The one for win2008 64-bit is cp010995.exe

What exactly do you mean? Did you NOT install windows 2008-64 and you installed win2008-64 network drivers?
You should be installing the driver that matches your windows OS.

What exactly do you mean?
The operating system is ZenithArca software and I believe it is made from a Vista image. You boot with there ISO and run there application to transfer the images from your backup so that you can recreate the same server onto another computer. So in all actuality what i am looking for are the Vista drivers to activate the NIC on the new Proliant DL360 G6. Since there are no vista drivers for that NIC then I have been told that the Windows 2008 drivers would work but I have not had success with that info, yet. I will reply back with status.
Thanks Again and I will try these drivers!

Re: NIC Drivers
If all else fails, the DL360 G6 built in NIC is a broadcom 382I which is based on the Broadcom 5709 chip. Try the 5709 generic Vista drivers from the broadcom site http://www.broadcom.com/support/ethernet_nic/downloaddrivers.php
