NIC Teaming settings
I want to set up NIC teaming for maximum performance/throughput when connected to a Cisco Switch (ie an EtherChannel Tunk)
WHat settings would be the best for the teaming software?

What is the server model? the best you can get will be SLB or LACP teaming mode, if you are using 2 Gig NICs you can get 2GB TX/RX by configuring the port aggregation on the cisco switch, team mode can be automatic.
For SLB:
interface range gix/x - x/y
channel-group # mode on
For LACP (802.3ad)
interface range gix/x - x/y
channel-group # mode active
