SolutionEither drom the team properties-> Advanced options disable TOE and RSS
or
1. disable the team
2. Update to the latest NC373i, multifunction network adapters driver
3. update to NCU 9.0
4. recreate the team and try
5. If the problems are still there you can disable TCP Offload Engine and receive side scaling again...
Regards,
Pac

Re: NIC teaming on DL380 G5, Win2003 Std Ed x64
MS already released a hot to disable TOE/RSS/ and so on
An update to turn off default SNP features is available for Windows Server 2003-based and Small Business Server 2003-based computers
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/948496
also which drivers are you using? which version because if you are using old drivers and as Pac told you install a latest NCU it is much better if you update drivers as well
regards
