No scsi devices detected

After replacing the sysbrd, we get NO SCSI DEVICES DETECTED error. A message comes up, press f1 to continue, f10 for system utilities.
when we press f10, it goes to a blank screen w/ a blinking cursor.

Run SP19619 Create first two Diskettes

Boot from First - there will be option to run from Media or HDD - Run from HDD ... Save and exit.
