Nvidia Quadro K6000 - Drivers for DL380p G8 - Windows Server 2012 R2?
I know this is a long shot, considering I've already gone through HP support, and they haven't really given an answer...
My company spec'd out 4 servers, and for the instance in question, (3) of these DL380p G8 servers that were bought with Nvidia Quadro K6000 PCI-E graphic cards (Part 655935-B21 - which no longer shows on the QuickSpecs...but a Quadro K6000 PCI-E with part number 730874-B21 does). I have installed Windows Server 2012 R2 on all three servers, and when loading both the latest HP supported driver (321.01 - listed for K4000 and K5000 cards though) and the latest Nvidia driver for 2012 R2 (332.50), the card just shows stopped due to a problem in Device Manager.
I tested on the fourth identical server installing Windows Server 2008 R2, and with both the HP 321.01 driver and the Nvidia 332.50 driver, the card appears as functioning properly.
Anyone here know of a timetable for HP supported drivers for the K6000 on a DL380p G8 running 2012 R2? Or, another way to get the cards to work correctly?
