PL8500 server whcih is runing novell 4.11 OShung system

Dear Sir or Madam:
I have encountered a problem on pl8500 server which is running Novell 4.11 hung system. The keyboard cannot operate and no error message in IML.
Check the Novell log, the follow error message displayed:

TTS has been shut down.

Initializing Transaction Tracking System
Scanning TTS Backout File
Please see the detail error log.

Did you have encountered this problem, could you let me know whatâ s wrong hardware or OS?
