POST Errors (6027) and Rack power subsystem not redundant

We got these messages in Insight manager v5.0 with agents ver7.60 and bl20p-g3, 1U pwr enclosure and firmwares 2.30. Also, my 4 power enclosures have these chassis SNs (CZJ610004C, CZJ610003W,...4F,....3P) but as you can see in the events and the rack upgrade utility, the chassis SNs and those reported in the insight events do not match. (please, see attached file). Any ideas about those events and the SNs mismatch?
