POST Errors Occurred (6027)

I have a DL 380 G4. Firmware/Drivers/Agents are all at the 7.91 level. Everything is showing green in HPSIM. No explanation that I can discern. This is coming up on every reboot. Occurring on other server types as well. Help desk is getting inundated with these. How can this be fixed?

This happened on PSP 7.51 and was corrected on PSP 7.60.

Should not happen on a server with 7.91. Try to uninstall and reinstall HP Insight Management Agents.

if so where does it appear? in which part during POST?
after controller?
after ilo?
when procs are recognize?
...?

I will try reinstalling the management agents but as this server is in production there may not be a reboot for a while to test it with. Thanks

Unfortunately I havent had the luxury of watching it come up. This server is in production and is in another part of the country. So I dont always know when it is rebooted.

Any resolution to this problem? I'm seeing this on a BL460c G1 that's running HP Insight Management Agents v8.11.
