Proliant ML310e Gen8 Fan noise
Hello friends.
I got a Proliant ML310e Gen8 and when I connect the network cable, fan goes to maximum.
Dont know what to do...

Hi,
Try this, boot the server into bios, do not go into operating system.
Connect the network cable and see if the issue occurs.
If the issue occurs only in operating system, then update the necessary drivers like Network and Chipset.
You may also update the SPP to the latest one.
