yes, there is red LED blinking, the meaning according to the manual is that "System health is critical" = Flashing red. I dont know, what does it mean exactly and what can I do to solve the problem. Should I call the HP support? Or my vendor?

1)Remove the Processor and reinstall it again.
2)check Ram is installed properly.
