Question about loading Windows server 2003.

my question is I'm trying to load Windows server 2003 using one hard drive on raid0 the system is HP Proliant DL380. what's happening is when I am preparing installation for Windows 2003 server when he gets ready to say starting Windows it just locks up on not really sure how to solve this.

Are you using the smartstart CD or just plain W2K3 CD?
the windows CD does not have all neccessary/latest drivers.
