R3000 XR UPS with SNMP / Serial Card Configuration
I have a R3000 XR with the SNMP/Serial Card but I cannot get the hyperterminal connection to come up when I try to make configuration changes to it. I have checked all of my settings and they are correct but all I get is a flashing cursor in hyperterminal. I need to get in to set up the IP address. Any help is appreciated. Thanks

Re: R3000 XR UPS with SNMP / Serial Card Configuration
I just ran across your problem and I have sure you resolved by now.
The settings should just be 9600, 8, N, 1 and hit enter a couple of times to make the menu come up.
I have also seen where you may need to unplug the card and plug it back in to restart it. This can be done with the UPS on.
