Random Hangs on ML110 G6
Have a ML110 G6 Server that is playing up. Server will lock up but still respond to pings on the network, only option is to power off using power switch.
Checking the event logs, during the 'hang' noting recorded in the logs, even security log notes events had been dropped.
The only thing I could find that struck me as odd is regular entries from the hpmgt driver being
Failed GET SENSOR READING (0xC3) sensor 16
NetFN 0x4, command 0x2D timed out
The sensor numbers vary, any thoughts? Do I have a fault main board?
